In any season you can pretty much count on an NFL team to play 10 to 12 games as expected, approximately 3 games considerably above and 3 games below anticipations.
This could be one of those better weeks for Cleveland.
The Ravens are coasting in after winning 5 games in succession, and traveling 2 weeks in a row.
Cleveland's defense is above average and getting healthier. Baltimore's has given up a surprising 356 yards per game.
Cleveland's offense could be more effective with Nick Chubb back for his second game, and Jameis Winston at quarterback.
Expecting to see a team with a little more motivation, because it wasn't there with Watson.
One note, I wouldn't be concerned with line movement between 8 and 9.5. It's pretty insignificant.
