This'll be a late one for my east coast subscribers.
Hopefully, it'll be worth it.
This is another game where my line is pretty different than the current number.
Bronco's running back Ashton Jeanty is on a pace to dismantle the rushing record books.
Here are some stats to put things in perspective for prior Heisman runners with the same number of starts.
Derrick Henry 665 yards, Mark Ingram 650 yards, Reggie Bush 761 yards.
Asthon Jeanty has 1248.
You can key on him, but the other backs are averaging 7.4 yards per carry, and they have a fullback who's capable.
My only knock on this offense is that they may be a little on the smaller side, height, not weight.
They also have a decent passing game.
UNLV has surpassed expectations this season. They're 6-1and have a new quarterback who is better than the one who left the program.
Here comes the buts for UNLV.
1) They've played an easier strength of schedule than Boise, who almost beat Oregon.
2) Although impressed with their quarterback, he does make his fair share of mistakes.
3) UNLV has a scoring differential off turnovers of 64 to 7.
That can't last forever.
