This one is a little unique.
UNLV's quarterback Matthew Sluka decides to leave the program after starting the season 3 and O. Surprisingly he wasn't that popular. His completion number was 43.8%.
Evidently, he was promised NIL money, which never materialized. Hence the old saying; "A verbal contract isn't worth the paper it's not printed on".
Anyway, the team responded by beating Fresno State (previously 3 and 1) 59 to 14. There don't appear to be any major offensive injuries for UNLV.
Syracuse can move the ball. They only scored 24 against Stanford, but the Cardinal actually have a decent defense, that looked worse last week with 3 redzone turnovers against Clemson.

The game will be played indoors at Allegiant stadium.
Not sure if this means anything, but The Orange have a player name Justus Ross-Simmons (from Colorado State) who may finally see action and has a little buzz around him. He averaged over 16 yards/reception last season.
Since we released this pick last week, the total has drifted down to 55 and a half.
We are usually on the right side of the line/total movement, but not with this game.
