You’re getting a brief write-up for this one. Coach Bowles has done well in the past against rookie quarterbacks. That may not be the case on Sunday.
Daniels hasn’t played like a rookie since early in the season. Washington’s defense has played better than expected, but they’re still ranked a little below average, as is Tampa Bay’s. Good defensive game plans have been an issue for The Buc’s, and most importantly, they’ve recently played against some poor quarterbacks including: Devito, Young (yes he’s still mediocre), O’Connell, Rush and Rattler.
It could be different on Sunday. Daniels is ranked 4th, just below Joe Burrow.
Conversely, I never thought Baker Mayfield could look this good, read a coverage so well, or get the ball into a receiver’s hands so quickly.
In addition: Tampa may be missing Jordan Whitehead-safety, and/or Jamel Dean-cornerback.
I like The Over at 50.5
