This could be one of the best games of the year between two conference opponents, both at 14-2. The total hit 58.5 at one point, which makes a 3 point advantage compelling.
So many stats for these teams are similar, including turnovers, QB ratings, and most offensive and defensive numbers.
Some differences to note:
1) The Vikings played a tougher strength of schedule.
2) The Lions have lots of injuries, especially on their defensive line.
3a) Detroit's last two wins were against a banged up 49ers team who were eliminated from the playoffs 2 weeks prior, and the Bears who are now just a bad football team.
3b) Minnesota has won 9 in a row. If needed Darnold can scramble a little. Goff is less mobile
