This is a real bowl game with very few opt-outs!
I was waiting to release this contest because it seemed like there would be some defections. We're good so far, and the game is only 2 days away.
For Miami, quarterback Cam Ward(4100 yards and 36 touchdowns) is supposed to play. He was a Heisman finalist and should be one of the first few picks in the draft. Running back Damien Martinez is also supposed to play (team high 823 yards and 9 touchdowns).
Iowa State, along with Arizona State were projected to finish last in their conferences.
Oops.
Anyway, we went against The Cyclones in their last game, and they got crushed. Good players, great coach, but I question their depth. They often seemed to wear down late in games against teams that were deep in quality personnel.
