The Kansas State Wildcats Vs The Rutgers Scarlet Knights

During the regular season I would have probably made Kansas State 12 point favorites. 

During bowl season my model makes them approximate 4 point favorites. 

We're keeping this one simple. 
1)  Rutgers coach-Schiano usually has his teams ready for bowls. His postseason record as a head coach is 6-2. This team is better than many or all of its' recent predecessors.  

2)  Kansas State may have beaten some higher ranked programs, but none of those teams really impressed. In addition, The Wildcats just didn't seem like the same team when on the road towards the end of the season. 

3) At the time of this writing, Rutgers has not lost much to the transfer portal. Kansas State's attrition rate is significant and could increase towards gameday.
