Dallas has looked like a decent football team the last few weeks.
They're not, because they've played some flawed defenses.
On Monday evening, the Bengals will make it 3 inferior defenses in a row. This is the time of year we can start to consider teams that are colloquially speaking, “packing it in”.
Players may still be performing for contracts, but often don't play as well as a unit, especially defenses. That could easily be the case for both teams.
The Bengals can score, but can't stop anyone. Burrow is tough and I expect will have his side of the ball motivated. The game will be indoors. There could literally be almost twice as many passes as running plays. That can enable more scoring, whether by big plays, interceptions, stopping the clock or allowing for more attempts per game.
Except for Detroit, and it's close, no other teams have run more plays per game than The Bengals and The Cowboys.
