Boise State features Heisman contender Ashton Jeanty, who literally is half of The Broncos offense.
He has just declared for the draft. This could be his last game if Boise doesn’t win You can’t discount Jeanty’s ability, but UNLV has multiple options at running back and a more balance offense.
Statistically, these teams are pretty comparable. Both have played similar strengths of schedules and both have very capable run defenses. Neither are efficient defending the pass. At the time of this writing there don’t seem to be any new injuries, but Boise State may have more issues on the offensive line. The kickers are similar.
From a handicapping perspective, there's just not much separating these teams except maybe home field advantage.
